These two styles of blister inserts are fabricated from food-safe transparent PET raw material, which is free of toxic plasticizers and meets global food contact safety standards. The fully transparent design allows customers to clearly view the food inside without opening the outer package, greatly boosting product display effects in storefronts. The bottom of each cavity adopts dense anti-slip dot texture, which fixes pastries firmly during transportation to prevent sliding, collision and surface damage. The surrounding vertical ribbed reinforcement structure enhances the tray’s compression resistance, avoiding deformation under stacked packaging loads during logistics delivery.
One model features three independent circular cavities for round baked goods, while the dual-position rectangular version fits longer strip snacks. The production team completed drop resistance, compression and high-temperature resistance tests to optimize material toughness, ensuring the trays stay intact under cold storage and normal room temperature conditions. Custom cavity quantities, inner sizes, tray thickness and embossed anti-slip patterns are available for OEM bulk orders from food brands and packaging distributors.
